At ORA Bath and Tile ("we," "us," or "our"), customer satisfaction is very important to us. We work hard to deliver high-quality tile and construction services and to ensure every client has a positive experience.

Cancellations and Refunds

If a project is canceled, we will make a good-faith effort to refund any amounts that are reasonably refundable. However, full refunds are not guaranteed and depend on several factors, including but not limited to:

  • Materials that have already been purchased or specially ordered

  • Labor time already spent on the project

  • Project preparation, planning, or site visits already completed

Once materials have been purchased or work has begun, those costs may not be refundable.

Custom Refund Determinations

Because each project is unique, all refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund amount will be:

  • Discussed in person with the client whenever possible

  • Clearly documented in a custom written agreement or invoice

  • Based on the specific circumstances of the project at the time of cancellation

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom or special-order materials

  • Labor already performed

  • Fees related to permits, design work, or project preparation
